First and foremost, everything we offer is an original design created by me, Charlotte Yiu. Absolutely no AI is used in the creative process. Each product is thoughtfully crafted from concept to completion, ensuring authenticity and artistic integrity. Where are your products made or sourced from?
ALL of our products are designed by yours truly, Charlotte Yiu, and produced with the help of trusted, high-quality local suppliers. We proudly manufacture with our community—collaborating with neighbors, local art centers, and local printers—to reduce our carbon footprint and support fellow makers. By working within our immediate community, we foster relationships that uphold both sustainability and craftsmanship.
If we are not sourcing within the city, we prioritize sourcing within the country. This approach not only minimizes the environmental impact from shipping but also ensures ethical sourcing practices at every stage of production. Supporting local artisans and businesses is at the heart of what we do, as we strive to bring you authentic, thoughtfully made products.

These orders will be shipped using stamps and do not include tracking information. This allows us to keep costs low while still delivering your favorite small products efficiently.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your shipping method and location. Domestic orders often arrive within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks.
Please keep in mind that I am a one-person business, but I prioritize shipping your orders over everything else to ensure they are sent out as quickly as possible. Your support means the world to me, and I work diligently to get your items on their way to you without delay.

Are your products handmade or designed in-house?
Yes, all of our products are designed in-house by me. Some items are 100% handmade (like my polymer clay keychains, earrings, magnets) or produced in small batches locally to maintain the highest quality and originality.
Are your prints and artwork limited edition or open edition?
We offer both limited edition and open edition prints. Limited editions are numbered and signed, making them ideal for collectors. Open editions provide a more accessible option for those looking to decorate their spaces with beautiful art.
What materials are used in your products?
We use a variety of high-quality materials, such as archival-grade paper for prints, sustainable fabrics, and eco-friendly packaging. Our goal is to provide products that are both durable and environmentally responsible.

How do I care for and preserve my illustrated products?
To ensure the longevity of your art and illustrated products, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. For prints, consider framing them with UV-protective glass. For other items, follow any care instructions included with your order.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability throughout our entire production process. We manufacture domestically and locally in very small batches to minimize waste and overproduction. All of our product blanks are sourced within the USA, with factories that also prioritize local sourcing—even the cottons used in our products are grown domestically.
We are deeply committed to ethical production. The workers, sewers, and staff at our partner facilities are paid above minimum wage and receive health insurance and other good benefits. By working with eco-conscious and ethically responsible partners, we strive to reduce our environmental impact while ensuring fair labor practices. Additionally, we use eco-friendly packaging to further support our sustainability goals.
